ZamBantu Logistics, an ambitious upstart bridging Canada and Southern Africa, is seeking energetic and reliable Agents, fancifully known as “ZamBantuns”, to represent us in our operational areas. As the face of ZamBantu on the ground, you’ll help connect communities, simplify customer drop-offs, and ensure a smooth shipping experience.

Job Description

As a ZamBantun, you will:

• Act as a local collection point for customer cargo (boxes, barrels, donations, etc.).
• Assist customers with basic packing guidance and documentation.
• Coordinate with ZamBantu’s warehouse and logistics team to schedule shipments.
• Provide customers with timely updates and support.
• Promote ZamBantu services in your community and build trust with clients.

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and community-oriented.
• Ability to manage small records of drop-offs and customer inquiries.
• Access to basic communication tools (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Prior logistics, courier, or retail experience is an asset.

Compensation

Part-time, flexible hours (location-based).
Commission-based earnings per box or barrel collected, plus performance incentives.
Growth opportunity to become a regional ZamBantu Coordinator.
