ZamBantu Logistics, an ambitious upstart bridging Canada and Southern Africa, is seeking 2 Office Coordinators to help keep our growing operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and ready to bring structure to a fast-moving start-up.
Job Description
As an Office Coordinator, you will:
- Manage daily office administration, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support directors and staff with documentation, reports, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate between the warehouse, customers, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee office supplies, communications, and expense tracking.
- Assist with marketing outreach, customer follow-ups, and basic HR tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and comfort with digital tools.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a start-up setting.
Compensation
Canada Location: Part-time position, CAD $18–20/hour depending on experience.
Zambia Location: One Office Coordinator will be hired and compensated according to local Zambian market conditions.
